Aaron Keay, President, CEO & Director

Over the course of the last 10 years, Mr. Keay has devoted his energy and time to both the Private and Public market sector, through direct and indirect ownership in a number of different ventures.  Schooled from the University of British Columbia in both Science and Commerce, Aaron has served the public markets in a management or director role for the last 7 years.  He has raised approximately $250M over the last six years in the public sector and has a specialty in corporate restructuring, and mergers and acquisitions of key projects for the companies he has become associated with.

Aaron is currently the President and CEO of Revolution Resources, and held the distinction of the youngest CEO on the Toronto Stock Exchange.  Aaron serves as the Chairman of the Boards for Inform Resources Corp and Inform Exploration Corp, while serving as a director of Full Metal Zinc, Valhalla Resources, and also sits on the board of Revolution Resources.  Prior to his current involvements, Aaron was a founder, director and President of Minaurum Gold, director of Terrace Energy, and an advisory and founder of UNX Energy.

Michael Williams, Chairman

Mr. Williams is currently the President and CEO of Full Metal Minerals and a director and advisor to several mining exploration companies, including Underworld Resources. In March of 2010, Kinross Gold Corporation acquired Underworld for $140M after an initial resource estimate of over 1Moz gold.  Mr. Williams has significant contacts with both retail and institutional investors and has an extensive investment banking network. He was previously Vice President of Atna Resources, a TSX listed company, where he developed and implemented all of the company's communication and investor relations programs from 1996 through to 2004. Previous to joining Atna Resources, Mr. Williams provided public relations counsel to various sectors including: mining, manufacturing, financial services, hospitality, tourism, and government.

Robert McLeod, VP Exploration & Director

Mr. McLeod is currently the Vice-President of Exploration for Full Metal Minerals and a director of Underworld Resources. As mentioned above, Kinross Gold Corporation acquired Underworld for $140M after an initial resource estimate of over 1Moz gold.  He is a highly technical, creative and innovative exploration geologist. He has over twelve years' experience in mining and mineral exploration, working for a variety of major and junior mining companies. Mr. McLeod's exploration strategy is a multi-tiered approach, including: conceptual geologic ideas with prospecting, early-stage project advancement focusing on discovery, and advancing mid-stage projects towards feasibility. As an exploration geologist and project manager at Miramar's Hope Bay project, he was part of the team that discovered the Naartok deposit, as well as expanding and delineating the Boston and Doris deposits. He was previously Vice-President of Exploration for Atna Resources and is currently a director and advisor to several junior exploration companies.

Dr.Georg Hochwimmer, Director

Dr.Hochwimmer is the founder of the financial services firm General Research GmbH which for the past 10 years has provided Corporate Finance and Advisory services to the Mining and Metals Sectors.  He has extensive institutional and retail contacts throughout Europe and specializes in corporate and financial advice for emerging growth companies and in strategically placed financings.  Dr.Hochwimmer's experience and knowledge serve to broaden exposure through the European market and provide key insights to assist moving the company's assets forward.  Dr.Hochwimmer was born in 1968 in Pfarrkirchen, Germany, and studied chemistry, mechanical engineering, computer science and economics.  He received his PhD in chemistry from TU Munich.

Terry Bell, Director

Mr. Bell is a Geologist who has spent the past 24 years as a mining analyst and investment fund manager in Toronto. Mr Bell specialized in both exploration and development gold and base metal companies.   He has financed mining projects in North America and globally.

In 2002, Mr. Bell joined Salida Capital, where he founded the Global Prospector Fund. Under Mr. Bell’s leadership the Global Prospector Fund attained industry leading performance and became one of the largest pure mining hedge funds in the world. During Mr. Bell’s tenure, Salida Capital grew to be one of the largest hedge fund managers in Canada with over US $1billion under management.  In 2009 Mr. Bell formed a private consultancy firm working with exploration and development companies. Mr. Bell earned a geology degree from Mount Allison University and undertook graduate studies in mineral economics at McGill University and l’école des Mines de Saint-Étienne in France. 

Jonathan Richards, Chief Financial Officer

Jonathan Richards was previously an audit manager at a premier Canadian chartered accountant firm where he specialized in the mining industry. He acquired significant accounting experience working with mineral exploration and development companies in Canada and throughout the world. Mr. Richards completed a bachelor's degree in management studies with first-class honors from the University of Waikato, New Zealand, and gained his membership of the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants in 2005. In addition to audit experience, Mr. Richards is also the chief financial officer of a number of other public mineral exploration and development companies.

Pete Evans, Sr. Project Geolgist

Mr. Evans has over 40 years of experience in base and precious metal exploration, development and mine operations.  Thirteen of those years were spent in directing the exploration and evaluation of the 2 million ounce Ridgeway gold deposits in South Carolina for Amselco Minerals and Kennecott from initial discovery through completion of a positive feasibility study, the permitting and development phase and the first five years of operation.  During his tenure at Ridgeway, Mr. Evans held positions of Senior Project Geologist, Engineering Manager and Mine Manager. In 1993, Mr. Evans became Exploration Manager for the Central America / Caribbean Region for Kennecott and later was Exploration VP for Ecuadorian Minerals Corporation managing projects in the northern Andes of Ecuador and Peru. Since 1998 Mr. Evans has been President and CEO of Triangle Minerals, Inc. and Uwharrie Resources, Inc., North Carolina corporations involved in exploring the under-explored and highly prospective terrains of the southeastern US for base and precious metals and industrial minerals.  He is a certified professional geologist registered in North Carolina and a licensed real estate broker.

Katie Lucas, Sr. Project Geologist

Katie Lucas began her career in Red Lake with Wolfden Resources, working on the Rahill-Bonanza Project.  In 2006, she moved on to working in northern British Columbia and northeastern Ontario for Northgate Minerals at their Kemess Mine and Young-Davidson Mine properties.  In 2008, Ms. Lucas went to work for Premier Gold Mines in Geraldton, Ontario as a project manager.  During her three year tenure with Premier Gold Mines, Ms. Lucas defined 3.6 million ounces of gold on the hardrock property.  Ms. Lucas obtained her Bachelors of Science in Geology with Honours from Lakehead University in 2002 and her Master of Science in Structural Geology from Queen's University in 2004.
